Located in the heart of Almuñécar Old Town close to the Castillo San Miguel, La Casa Costera is the perfect place for anyone wishing to experience "real Spain". It is a beautifully restored and fantastically equiped town house with some of the most breath-taking views. Featuring two berdooms and bathrooms, a stunning kitchen and amazing roof terrace also with a kitchenette and barbeque. Our townhouse has one of Almunecars best locations. Great views over the sea, town and mountains from the large roof terrace. Close to the picturesque San Miguel castle right in the old part of Almunecar. Three minutes walk to restaurants, bars, and shops, seven minutes walk to the beach. Small supermarket one minute. A house big enough for an extended family or group (five bedrooms, ten beds). A/C in bedrooms and living room, wi-fi, tv, micro, wash machine, dishwasher, parasol and beach stuff.

The new renovated ancient house is situated in the old part of Frigiliana in one of the most charming streets near the panaroma point of the village. The house offers a spacious living with sofa and chair. From here you go the to sleepingroom with a 4 poster bed (160*200). In the well equiped kichten you find the dining table. The bathroom with walk- in shower, toilet and sinck. The garden with private pool (May 2025) and roofterrace offers amazing seevieuws. BBQ, dining table and loungechairs.

Agradable casa en el corazón de Frigiliana.La casa dispone de tres plantas,la del medio está la cocina,salón más sala de estar y un pequeño baño.La planta baja hay un dormitorio de matrimonio un baño con ducha y un pequeño espacio con cama individual, la planta altera dispone de dormitorio de matrimonio, baño con ducha y una terraza con hermosas vistas al mar y al campo .La casa no tiene piscina pero a pocos metros está la piscina municipal donde en los meses de verano se puede disfrutar .

The nearest costal town is Almuñecar.
