Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. Gated parking in the property.

Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has two bedrooms.The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge, Nespresso Machine.The entrance opens up into a big living area with a canal view which can also be seen from all the rooms of the house.
