Az apartman Kaposváron egy négyemeletes társasház 3. emeletén találhatò. A belvárostól kb. 500 méterre helyezkedik el, gyalogosan is könnyen megközelíthető. A közelben bolt, étterem, cukrászda, játszótér is megtalálható. Kaposvári Aréna 200 méterre, Desedára vezető kerékpárút 500 méterre van. A lakás 2024-ben lett felújítva. Az apartman légkondicionált. Vendégházunk egy csendes kis zsákfalu legutolsó háza a Káli medence szomszédságában, szőlőültetvényekkel, és egy csodálatos természeti környezettel körülvéve. A Kemencés Ház Magyarország egyik legkedveltebb turisztikai részén, a Balaton-felvidéken található, a Balatontól 7 km-re.

Villa Perla

Stylish house with 5 bedrooms, thought through by an interior designer, at Lake Balaton. The guest house is suitable for relaxation in all seasons, with heated outdoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. It is the perfect place for groups of friends and family gatherings. All rooms have a large double bed, TV and private bathroom. The largest room can be extended with a sofa bed or a cot, and the well-kept courtyard is perfect for children to play in the sandpit or swing in the swings.

Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
