Lobeira - Centenary country house and gardens

In Alentejo´s golden fields we find Lobeira, a century-old cottage surrounded by trees, patio, swimming pool and next to a lovely river beach. The original features of the construction in mud, stone and wood were kept, favoring the use of natural materials and local handmade techniques while adding all the necessary amenities to provide a perfect stay. 3 houses, totally independent of each other. Master bedroom, open space living room/kitchen, fireplace, double sofa-bed, in/outdoor dining area.

Old mill

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Acessos: a 2,5 km da aldeia de Melides, onde se podem adquirir todos os bens de consumo necessários no Mercado e Minimercados, e também lojas, cafés e restaurantes.

Casa muy luminosa con dos dormitorios junto a un puerto natural a 100m del centro del pueblo. La ubicación es excelente, con una gran terraza con vistas al hermoso puerto de pesca y el sonido constante del mar ,las grandes ventanas dan a la cala. Junto al apartamento se encuentran algunas de las playas más hermosas, calas tranquilas con maravillosos acantilados. Es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar paseos a la Ruta Vicentina. Porto Covo es un bonito y tranquilo lugar del litoral aletejano.

No meio de um pinhal e junto à arriba da praia, a urbanização não tem muros entre jardins, apenas muro exterior, o que a torna única, ampla e desafogada. A casa tem 2 quartos, cozinha equipada, 2 casas de banho, 1 sala interior, 1 sala exterior e um alpendre com churrasqueira.

Fica localizada no Centro Histórico de Évora, junto ao Aqueduto da Água da Prata, na zona onde este cruza a Muralha Medieval. Dista 600 metros do Templo Romano, da Sé Catedral e da Praça do Giraldo.
