Birnie Cottage is a self catering property which has its own hedged, private garden, an open fire and woodland walks, and is situated on the A926, roughly half way between Kirriemuir in Angus, and Blairgowrie in Perthshire - an ideal location for touring both of these beautiful counties and beyond. Birnie has no additional fees, is very dog friendly and your pets stay free of charge. The cottage also has its own social media page to keep you up to date with what to do and where to eat locally.

The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Set in the beautiful Angus countryside we have a beautiful waterfall within walking distance at the Reekie Lynn. Only a 10 min drive away from nearest town and 30 min from nearest city in the area.
