The Villa has two swimming pools, one for summer and another hot water for winter that has hydromassage and waterfall. Sauna for 6 people Indoor parking There are some cats in the area that pose no danger. The pools since 2022 are natural salt chlorination and chlorine as the pH are regulated automatically to preserve those who have chemical chlorine intolerance or atopic skin. The Villa has 6 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 wc We are 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Seville

Beautiful villa near the beach in the Roche, Conil (Cadiz) We rent all year round (for fortnights in July and August) and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.
