La maison fait 200m2 et est située à 8 minutes de la place Schuman, le Parlement Européen ainsi que la Place Flagey où vous trouvez de nombreux bars et restaurants. La taille de la maison est idéale pour les groupes et familles, vous permettant de passer un moment dans une maison typiquement bruxelloise.

We heten je graag welkom in ons volledig nieuw ingericht vakantiehuisje. Onze rijwoning heeft een goed uitgeruste keuken en een knusse living met o.a. een oled-tv. Op de gelijkvloers vind je ook de moderne badkamer met regendouche. Er is een terras en tuin met een fraai uitzicht. De slaapkamer heeft twee comfortabele boxsprings. Je beschikt over een privé-parking en wifi. Je kan er heerlijk relaxen in een verrassend rustige omgeving, omringd door velden van het pittoreske Pajottenland.

Avec ses 7 chambres spacieuses, chacune équipée d'une salle de bain privative, elle peut facilement accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes. La maison offre un mélange parfait de charme et de confort moderne. La cour arrière de la maison est un véritable havre de paix au cœur de la ville. Elle est à l'abri du bruit et de l'agitation de la ville.

Le logement est situé à 30m de la station métro La Roue (20min en transport en commun pour arriver au centre ou 10 min en voiture), dans une rue calme et proche de commodité. Le studio se trouve au deuxième et dernier étage d'une maison dans laquelle vous trouverez également 2 chambres en location. Les visiteurs ont l'accès à la terrasse ensoleillé à l'arrière de l'immeuble.
