The home is surrounded by beautiful garden it has private veranda and offers excellent view of the sea. It includes two floors. The first floor contains a large veranda with Private Pool and Amazing Sea View. Τhe Pool has also hydromassagThere is a small kitchen and a living room. The living room has two sofa beds and a bathroom. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. In both of the floors there are big verandas with sea view. The whole home measures 60 square meters.

Each en suite room has its own private entrance and there is a common area for everyone to come together at the living room/kitchen and outdoor area. MOMI Homes are designed for a peaceful and relaxing stay, with Chora of Koufonisi just minutes walk away and the island’s beaches easily reached on food or by car.

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.
