“Ymos” Symi Village Residences

Ymos is a traditional house built in the 18th century and located in the heart of Sými island in "chorio". It offers an authentic accommodation environment to all of our guests who wish to experience the local lifestyle and way of living. The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. We aim to provide a memorable stay for all of our guests and a warm welcome.

Doukissas's House is ideally located in the heart of Symi, in the picturesque area of Gialos, offering the perfect base for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Is an ideal choice for travelers who wish to experience the charm of Symi, with all points of interest just a short walking distance away. The balcony offers a unique relaxing experience with unobstructed views the port of Symi, the endless blue sea, the colorful neoclassical houses, and the sunset creating moments of complete serenity.

Toula's apartment

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 1 double bed and 2 singles beds, a living room, a fully- equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The one single bed are in the living room area and the two singles beds is located on a higher level accessible by a few stairs. The apartment is very comfortable for families, friends or couples. It overlooks the entire island and it is 10 minutes on foot away from the city centre (shops and restaurants) and the harbour.

Nikolaos house is located in the upper part of Symi and was recently renovated to host up to 6 persons. The amazing view from the balcony gives you the opportunity to see the harbor and the beauty of the city in another angle. The house contains two bedrooms in the first floor, with each 1 double bed. In addition there are two couches with bed function. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with two dining tables. 2 bathrooms with WC/Shower, and a air condition.

On The Rocks is the perfect hideaway. Commanding an idyllic waterfront position in Nimborio, Symi's most exclusive residential area, roll out of bed and plunge into the Aegean Sea from your own perfect Greek Island fisherman's cottage. Kantirimi House is a traditionally stone residence, located in the centre of the island of Symi - Gialos, 50 mt from the Harbor, the Symi's central square called ''Kampos'' and the picturesque little bridge called ''Kantirimi'' or ''Gefiraki'' Excellent position: Located at the heart of Symi island, you will find nearby everything you may need, like a pharmacy, restaurants, bakery, mini market, bank, Coffee shops, rent a car, reachable by foot.

SeaMe II

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.
