Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από την μοναδική κεντρική παραλία ΝΟΣ (10 λεπτά με τα πόδια), με 60 σκαλιά απόσταση από όλα τα απαραίτητα του νησιού: ταβέρνες, cafe, μπαρ, σούπερ μάρκετ, λιμάνι αναχώρησης-άφιξης πλοίων, βρίσκεται αυτό το δίπατο παραδοσιακό σπίτι. The house is situated in the upper chorio, the oldest part of Symi in a very quiet area, ideal for social distancing. O Voskos consists of two floors, a charming backyard & a small terrace with a panoramic view of the three bays (Nimborio, Yalo, Pedi), the Turkish coast and the medieval Castle ruin. Built in stone and recently renovated, it has an authentic moussandra, wooden flooring and antique furniture. Far enough from the touristic infrastructures and its noise, you will sleep peacefully.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 double beds, a living room, a fully- equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The two single beds are in the living room area and the double bed is located on a higher level accessible by a few stairs. The apartment is very comfortable for families, friends or couples. It overlooks the entire island and it is 10 minutes on foot away from the city centre (shops and restaurants) and the harbour.

We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The upper floor has been reformed to a functional 63 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Symi in the best way.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.

Milias House is located in the seaside village of Pedi in the homonymous bay, 3,5 km from Yalos, Symi's harbor. Milias House can accomodate 8 people in both floors.
