Joya's House

Traditional Cycladic stone house in the village of Agkairia in the south of Paros. Located on a private plot of land offering privacy and plenty of space, 2 km from Alyki, 2.5 km from Faragas beach, 11 km from Parοikia and 22 km from Naousa. The bus that passes through the village does not run frequently and it only travels to and from the port of Paroikia. This means that a car or scooter is absolutely necessary, so that you can reach all points of interest on the island easily and fast.

A newly built cycladic home overlooking the Parikian bay and beyond the neighbouring hills where the sun sets. The home is located midway between Parikia and Naousa just a 10 minute drive each way. The design is of maisonette styling with 2 bedrooms each with WC, and kitchen/sitting room area on the ground floor. On the front face of the house there is spacious veranda with a comfortable BBQ facilities also included.

The home is surrounded by beautiful garden it has private veranda and offers excellent view of the sea.It includes two floors. The first floor contains a small kitchen and a living room. The living room has two sofa beds and a bathroom. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. In both of the floors there are big verandas with sea view. The whole home measures 60 square meters.
