Mein Haus liegt in dem kleinen Fischerdorf Arbatax, mit kleinem Hafen und gemütlichen Restaurants. Hier finden Sie meine 56qm große Ferienwohnung die gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist Sudterrain, trotzdem verfügt sie im Wohnzimmer über große Fenster mit viel Tageslicht. Eine kleine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln macht den Grillabend oder das Glas Wein zum Sonnenuntergang perfekt. Arbatax und die Umgebung bietet alles, was man für einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub braucht.

E' composta da due camere matrimoniali, un bagno con doccia, un soggiorno-cucina con lavastoviglie, un piccolo bagno esterno con lavatrice, doccia esterna e terrazza. E’ dotata di climatizzazione, wifi e zanzariere. Romantica per una luna di miele, comoda per famiglie e per coppie di amici. Non adatta ai neonati minori di 2 anni.

La mia casa è adatta ad ospitare chi ama avere il mare a pochi minuti a piedi, perfetta per coppie o famiglie anche con bimbi piccoli, ha una veranda in cui rilassarsi, circondata da un giardino in una zona silenziosa. Disponibile a seconda delle stagioni anche un piccolo orto dove poter usufruire dei nostri prodotti biologici. Situata tra le spiagge di Orrì, Foxilioni e Cea dove potrete godervi il mare bandiera blu!
