Alle drei Schlafzimmer haben Tageslicht und einen Kasten. Sämtliche Schlafzimmer sind versperrbar. Die Küche bietet alles, was für einen gemütlichen Kochabend nötig ist. Der große Balkon, sowie der chillige Grillgarten, der zu Eurer alleinigen Benutzung ist, lädt egal ob nach einer Skitour im Winter, einer tollen Wanderung oder einem grandiosen Biketag im Sommer, zum verweilen ein. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
