Relax in our sunny and comfortable apartment. The house is located in the beginning of Yerevan, 10 minutes from Zvartnots Airport. The house is on the 2nd floor of a two-story building. Near there is a bus station and public transport is working in all directions. The house is 10-15 minutes away from the center of Yerevan. Our guests will find at home hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator, Free WIFI, Free Parking, air conditioner and other staff for your needs.

It is well known to historians and pilgrims of the Armenian Apostolic Church as the site of the grave of Mesrop Mashtots, the inventor of the Armenian alphabet.
