Our cosy studio flat is a perfect base for your adventure in the lake district. Located at the southern end of Windermere lake, it has great access to the rest of the Lake District for exploring and only 10 min to Cartmel racecourse. We are close to many great attractions. Ulverston the festival town is just 25 minutes' drive away. There is also a petrol station/shop 20min walk/2min drive. Grange over Sands is a lovely town to visit and have a wander along the promonade over looking the bay.

Camping Barn 2, Abbot Park Farm

Built in 2012, our slate and stone camping barns boast 6 single beds on the first floor. The ground floor space includes a dining area, kitchen area which includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, small fridge and a single electric hot plate. and a ground floor wet room. Bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery are all provided. Outside are stunning views, a picnic area and public footpaths through the farm. Breakfast is not provided can be requested at an additional cost.

Birch - Sleeps 4 Shepherds Hut

Beautiful Bespoke Shepherd Huts finished to the highest standard. KItchen with fridge, microwave oven, underfloor heating. TV, Anti Allergy Duvet on the Double Bed, Sheep Wool Duvets on the Single Beds, (so allergy proof) crisp linen and fluffy towels. We provide everything and more, so all you need to bring is your food and toiletries. We do not allow dogs in BIrch. With it sleeping a family we feel it it would compromise your comfort and space.

Upper Crumble a romantic retreat for two set in an idyllic rural location with beautiful views. It has its own Hot Tub in a private courtyard. Perfectly located to access The Lakes and the medieval village of Cartmel. Cosy log stove, Wifi and private car park. The holiday let is situated in the west wing of the house with it’s own private garden, driveway, parking and entrance.
