Gmelina is located on the ground floor and is 20m from a small sandy beach and the coastline is unspoilt. There are spectacular corals 30m offshore which are host to an interesting variety of sea life. The coastline is safe for swimming and snorkelling (reef shoes recommended). Amazing sunsets and views. There is some nearby on going light construction 8-5 until end of Feb.

About 25mins commute to the city by jeepney or tricycle.
