House Loft artist on garden In the heart of Paris

I am pleased to suggest a unique stay in our haven of peace of the 7th Arr, a 100 m2 artist-loft house on 2 floors with a small flower garden in the heart of Paris. Ideally located between the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides, rue Duvivier is parallel to rue Cler, pedestrian and shopping street (one of the most famous of Paris: restaurants, terraces, bars, bakery, cheese and flower market, fruits and vegetables) . This artist's house (redone in 2013) is a perfect place to stay for families or friends (near bus and metro lines, military school or latourg maubourg at 100 meters) .It is divided into 2 floors, the ground floor has 2 entrances (one entrance through the garden and another by the yard), it includes toilet with sink, a large living room (8 seats) with desk area in the library with large picture windows that overlooks the courtyard garden and a kitchen loft style with dining area for 6 people on a large black marble worktop, the decoration combines the charm of the old (tommette of the 18th century, old door of the 19 th century) and the modern and industrial materials (industrial aluminum luminaires, black iron beams, large windows and blinds in white linen) all modern and practical comfort (flat screen TV, cable, internal and unlimited wifi access, video games, books, music). At the end of the living room you will find a charming bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a sink and tiled floor. To access the 2nd floor, you will take the staircase which is at the corner of the living room and you will arrive in a very long room bathed in light thanks to its windows way greenhouse and velux, a very large office (board games, books or drawings ) separates the 2 beds (1 single + 1 double) on each side, follows a 2nd bedroom with desk, TV 2 single beds (possibility of a third bed pull pullout bed). These 2 bedrooms serve a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer. To end the visit, you can take advantage of the garden-courtyard and quiet to have an aperitif with friends or read your tour guide with family! WELCOME & ENJOY !!!

Ideal house for 2 families w/parking next to metro

You'll appreciate the house's Parisian-style interior, featuring high-quality materials. A beautiful, bright entrance leads from both sides to a large living room (with a double sofa bed) and a spacious kitchen-dining room. At the back, there's also a shower room with a toilet. Midway up, you'll find a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a second toilet. On the first floor, there's a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, as well as two children's bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with a mezzanine bed. Both can be equipped with extra mattresses. On the top floor, there's an apartment with a double bedroom, a double living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a shower room with a toilet. You'll be less impressed by the exterior of the house, which hasn't been recently renovated, as well as the top floor, which has undergone more superficial renovations. The windows of the house are also quite old, as are the shutters: the windows provide excellent insulation from noise and the cold outside, but they should still be replaced. Thanks to the rentals we make, we are gradually renovating the last parts of the house that need it: thank you!

Nous proposons en rez de cour de notre maison (nous habitons au dessus), 2 chambres avec salle de bain et wc. Une cuisine ouverte sur un salon donnant lui même sur une terrasse agréable pour déjeuner et dîner.
