Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. Built out of local stone and featuring spacious underground rooms, it stood there, untouched by several volcanic eruptions and earthquakes which destroyed most of the island over time.
