Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

Thatched gamekeepers cottage is traditional but fully modernised cottage. Originally part of Lord Erne's estate, with underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, TV, Dvd player, with wide range of Dvds to watch, CD/radio player and cds to listen to, dishwasher and is ideal for romantic leisurely breaks near upper lough Erne fab walks near Crom and Florencecourt Estate, Cuilcagh Mountain Walk is 20 minutes away, quiet scenic rural area but yet near by for shops etc. 5 star quality. On a lakeside setting beside a public jetty which has direct access to the Shannon-Erne Waterway and near to the National Trust Crom Estate. Relax, BBQ, stroll around, swim/jump off the jetty, use the slipway to launch your boat, jetski, kayak or do a spot of fishing.

This modern, luxurious cottage is truly special. It is located in the Tawnawully mountains by Lough Eske. It is set on 12 acres with a river running through it and a tumbling waterfall right by the cottage. Only 15 minutes drive to Donegal town, which has some really nice restaurants and bars. There is a castle to explore in the town and a wonderful craft village with a very good cafe. Ten minutes drive to Harveys Point and twelve minutes from Lough Eske castle, both reputable 5 * hotels.

Peacock House

The Peacock House is located within the Lismore Demesne. It was once the dairy and workers cottage. From the 1980s onwards it was used to house peacocks, giving the cottage its name. After being left dormant for 80 years it was lovingly restored three years ago. These days it is a bright and cozy cottage offering tranquil views of mature trees and park land. There is private access to forest walks along the Doney Stream just outside the doorstep.
