we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Villa apartment w/ garden

This beautiful and spacious family villa apartment on 90 square meters with garden, are located close to the metro station, 10 minutes from the airport, 4 minutes from the inner city and close to the beach . The villa is separated in three apartments - one on each floor of the villa. On the first floor there is living a family of three. On the second floor we are living - Me, my husband Soren and our son Vitus. There are many grocery shops near by, and a lovely park just down the street.

Buss mellan Ystad och Trelleborg ca 100 meter bort. Cykelvägen Sydkustleden går längs denna väg.
