Unique Grade II listed cottage situated in the quaint village of Churchtown. Please note that we have a strict NO parties/gatherings policy at the cottage. Home Farm cottage was once part of the Lytham Hall estate, we are nestled on a farm of 400 acres with stunning woodland walks, 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive to Lytham town and all its famous attractions. Including our neighbours Lytham Hall a stunning Grade I listed Georgian House and grounds dating back to the 12th Century. Attached to the farm house is the Bothy. both properties are avaliable to book together if avaliable.

If you would like to get away from it all we are in a semi rural area in the countryside, but only 10 minutes from the town of Southport. We are on a working arable farm, with plenty of open space, beautiful views over the fields with an abundance of wildlife, this is an area popular with bird watching and nature lovers. Our one hundred year old bungalow has been newly refurbished. There are shops, takeaways and pubs within 5 minutes.
