The Petit Versailles 17th Century Apartment offers an exceptional experience for your stay in Paris. It is located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district, on Rue du Temple—one of the oldest streets in the city—with an exceptional view of Temple Square. The apartment is perfectly designed for a loving couple, a writer, or a businessperson in search of inspiration and stimulation in life. This is our beloved home in between the rooftops of Paris. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found this gem from 1824, and renovated it ourselves. For over one year, we have been drawing, planning, sawing, hammering and painting, and now we are happy to share our 45m2 beauty with you. Please be aware that we actually live here. It’s not a hotel! You’ll get our soft sheets, thick towels and my grandmother’s porcelaine. We are looking for guests who appreciate and love objects with stories.

Beautiful 484 sq. ft. apartment nestled in the heart of Paris. Superbly decorated, bright, comfortable and extremely well located in the Bastille area. You will benefit from a convivial living room with dynamic colors, as well as a very nice, completely equipped, American kitchen! The bedroom is smartly separated by a library and it can be isolated with 2 white curtains. There is also a bathroom with vintage colors and a separate powder room.

L'appartement est composé de 2 pièces et possède 3 grandes fenêtres. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il n'y a cependant pas de porte entre le salon et la chambre. Il se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Au rez de chaussée se trouve un cabinet d'orthoptie qui est ouvert dans la journée.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
