Entre lac et montagnes, le logement est situé dans une copropriété au calme à 10 mn à pied de la plage et du port (restaurants les pieds dans l'eau, location de paddles, pédalos...). The Cottage des Belhiardes, Lake Annecy

This charming cottage for 4 people is located in a very quiet area close to the lake. Situated in the same grounds as the main house , it has its own garden, with stunning views, but none of the windows overlook each other. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a recently renovated kitchen, Shower room and WC. The lake is 5 mns walking away, the cycling path at the end of our road, and the village of St Jorioz 5 mns on a bike or by car.

Your chalet is perfect for a couple with a baby : a big shared room for 2 adults (King size natural bed 160 cms X 200 cms), a wooden baby bed and changing table and a children bed 70x140 cms (from 3 to 6 year’s old), an open kitchen leading into the living room that can be changed into an adult room, bathroom and a large south-­facing deck.
