É composta por Hall da entrada, sala, cozinha, uma suite, dois quartos e uma casa de banho. No exterior, tem um telheiro próprio junto à casa e tem uma zona de lazer, um pouco mais afastada, com uma piscina e um grande telheiro, ambos privativos dos hóspedes.
