Three bicycles (free) and two hammocks as well as a charcoal BBQ. (you buy the charcoal) . The house has TV with cable and free Wi-Fi . Lots of fans to keep cool!

We also have a rain water vat that allowed us to use rain water when rain season is in with a shift to city water in case of no rain.
