Located just a 10 minute walk from Honiton where you can find lovely local shops, pubs and restaurants. The coast is only a 20 minute drive away with lots of beaches to choose from and the city of Exeter also just 20 minutes by car. Perfect for guests who are looking for luxury accommodation with the comforts of home.

Coast, countryside and towns at your fingertips

Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

The contemporary self contained studio apartment with king size bed is in a rural, private but accessible position and is attached to a quaint thatched cottage but with its own entrance, parking and garden areas with bbq. Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

The views are out of this world and all viewable from the large glass doors so you can stay tucked up in bed or on the sofa in front of the fire, with great wifi, free access to our beautiful heate pool & sauna (located in the pool house), beautiful walks both from the carriage or a short drive to the coast path, pub lunches, sunsets, fairy lights and a romantic outdoor bath

Studio Flat at Parks Cottage

The Parks Cottage Studio flat is a large room above a stone built outbuilding in the grounds of a small holding in the countryside about 4 miles from Axminster. It is lovely and quiet and there are pleasant walks in the area. We welcome well behaved dogs and other pets. The village of Chardstock is only one and a half miles away with a pub and a PO shop. There is a small shower and loo down stairs.The Studio is well equipped with cooking facilities - hob, microwave & fridge freezer.

The cottage is bright and airy, well decorated with quality furnishings, Large gardens with shrubs, flowers, trees, Jacuzzi, swings and trampoline. There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available.
