A charming self contained, 2 bedroom country cottage. Beekeepers is part of a converted Victorian byre set on a 14th century farm beside a sleepy lane with fabulous walks on the doorstep. It is perfect for exploring 1066 country and with Hastings, Battle and Rye just a few miles away there is much to do and see! Dogs are very welcome. Small orchard with picnic table and bbq. Lovely local pubs, villages and beaches. TV, WiFi, Alexa and parking. Second bedroom choose either twin or superking

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Our bright, comfy and cosy beach home, with separate snooker/table-tennis/darts annexe, is located right on the picturesque Pevensey Bay. Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, enjoying meals, swimming, walking, cycling, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

This deluxe, dedicated two-bedroom accommodation is light, fresh and airy. A great base to relax in the garden and games room or explore Sussex, Kent and beyond. Situated is in a quiet cul-de-sac with lovely country walks on your doorstep. Also you are within easy driving distance of Ashdown Forest, the South Downs the coast, the Bluebell Railway and several National Trust properties. Buxted train station, offers easy access for shopping in the local town and is a direct line to London.

Newly built semi-detached cosy single storey cottage nestled in 1066 countryside on the edge of the Combe Haven Countryside Park with its own private wood-burning hot tub. The cottage is wheel chair friendly. It has one very spacious double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single bed. Also a sofa bed located in the front room for extra guests. Pets are also allowed. Parking directly out side with step free access to the cottage. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Beach-front views of Rye Bay, a spacious modern house set above the beach on a private lane. Its four bedrooms enjoy sea views and there's room on the balcony to relax in the morning sun. The second floor Belvedere (lookout) gives extensive views across Rye bay to English Channel. A great base for exploring Hastings, Rye and East Sussex, or simply going to the beach. There are 32 steps up to the house. 7kW EV charger, bring your type 2 cable (pay online per kWh). Pet free.

The Potting Shed-perfect for family and friends

The Potting Shed is a fabulous space to spend time with family and friends. With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds.

A Converted Turkish Bath House by the Sea

All bookings from Jan 1st '25 need to be booked through: airbnb.co.uk/h/thebathhouse. Exactly the same experience, same management just a new property owner. The Bath House is a truly unique property set in a renovated Turkish Baths. Built in 1868 the property was completely renovated in 2013 and now boasts 3 luxurious bedrooms, a massive 60ft by 40ft living room (complete with fully working bowling alley), a huge dining table for 14 guests and a secret cinema room.

Cosy 2 bed maisonette with parking by the coast

A cosy and stylish maisonette with one allocated parking space at the front of the property. Visitor parking available opposite the property making this ideal for guests who need their own vehicle to explore beyond Eastbourne. The area is quiet and residential and house is set behind the road giving a bit more privacy for the small garden which is to the front of the property. Please note, there is no back garden.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.

Oast House near Battle

We can accommodate up to 10 adults. Large living area and full kitchen facilities. Ideal for a civilised family celebration. Quiet location with a large garden and beautiful views over the countryside. We have many family celebrations here but the property is not suitable for very loud parties as we have neighbours to consider. Hot tub available with a fee of £100 per stay payable on your arrival.

Stunning Barn minutes from the sandy beach offers the perfect place for an escape by the sea! Three bedrooms with two bathrooms adjoin the cathedral ceiling open plan living space, with log burner for winter warming. Or private garden for summer.
