Mount St City Studio - Unique pad with great Wi-Fi

Overlooking Perth city with glimpses of the Swan River & a stones throw to Kings Park. The studio has been lovingly restored - a cosy, unique & modern space. The studio is fresh & clean with a lift to get you to the top floor. Built in the 60's the outside is a bit worn & has some quirks. The property is located next to the freeway and has double glazing installed to mitigate noise. Parking is free, but there is not a dedicated space. There is street parking (free overnight & paid during day).

Cosy City Condo - gym, pool & separate bedroom

This modern home with a separate bedroom is located in the heart of Perth's city centre. It's a short (appr 5-7 mins) walk to the main train station and about 10 mins to the Busport, with the main shopping streets right around the corner. Enjoy a comfortable stay with essentials included, such as A/C, laundry with a washer and dryer. The 10 sqm balcony offers a pretty view over the city. Take advantage of the building’s rooftop amenities, featuring a gorgeous pool and a well equipped gym.

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

Nestled in one of Perth’s most exclusive streets. In an older and unassuming building than its wealthy neighbours. The renovated private studio apartment has its own special touches. On the city’s doorstep, adjacent to the highway and a short walk to King's Park. The footbridge just outside the complex crosses into the city. Complimentary Wi-Fi is basic use only and shared throughout the building. Can be slow and limited at times. Free parking is on a first come first served basis.
