Located just yards from the sea, The Garden Cottage at Bank Street is accessed via a Grade II listed building, hidden away in a private location. One of the earliest Fisherman's Cottages in this seaside town, The Garden Cottage retains many original features with all the modern conveniences. Just a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Botany Bay. The ‘Hide-Away’ is all you need to enjoy a peaceful break by the sea. The property has off road parking with a private entrance. 2 steps lead to the entrance hall and off of this is the bathroom and the main accommodation(1 large room).A small kitchen including: electric cooker, microwave,fridge/freezer and washing machine. The queen size bed has storage. Also a small table and chairs. The property also offers a sunny courtyard.

The flat may not be suitable for toddlers and young children as the windows open to the floor. No TV, but a projector is supplied. New! Insanely comfy dog bed.
