Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. The living room/kitchenette withg gaz stove is on the ground floor (tiles) on the 1st floor is the carpeted bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Fantastic view on the lake and Alps. Separate entrance, access to the garden. Outdoor furniture. Included tourist tax , Montreux card, Wifi, parking, etc. Possibility to lodge a 3rd person, preferably a family member. Flat not suitable for small children.

The place is ideal for combining hikes and discovering the Lake Geneva region. We speak French, German, English (breakfast included ).

Bienvenue dans notre charmant petit mayen niché en lisière de forêt, situé à 1000m d’altitude dans la station des Paccots, au pied des préalpes fribourgeoises, proche du lac Léman et du lac de la Gruyère. Avec son grand jardin et une chambre à l'étage, ce chalet est le lieu parfait pour se ressourcer au cœur de la nature. Les activités sont multiples en été : vtt, trail, randonnées, paddle, baignades au lac ou en rivière, grimpe et en hiver : ski, ski de randonnée, raquettes, patinoire.

A 50 mètres de l’arrêt du train Vevey-les Pléiades en pleine forêt, qui donne accès aux multitudes de randonnées et VTT. L’appartement est entièrement équipé avec cuisine haut de gamme inclus lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, wifi et télévision. Une terrasse entièrement privée. Parking 2 voitures.

Les libellules

La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

Dans un petit immeuble contemporain, perché sur les hauteurs de Montreux (quartier de Territet), une dizaine de minutes à pied des transports (bus, gare et embarcadère) , appartement de 80 M2, 2 pieces et demi ( chambre, grand séjour et cuisine integrée), orientation sud-ouest face au lac du Léman. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

Magnificent private studio in a quiet annex of a contemporary villa. You will enjoy access to the rooftop with a 360 view of the lake and the mountains. The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.

One bedroom appart with view on the lake

Hello, It rarely snows here, but we are only 15 minutes from the Thollon-les-Mémises and Bernex ski resorts, and 1 hour from the Portes du Soleil (Morzine). We rent a 45 m² apartment on the ground floor of our house with a lake view. It is fully independent, with parking and access to a double-fenced garden.
