Internet and hot water for showers and cable television are all included. This is a great rental for a small family for a very affordable price. Has couch and kitchen table and T.V. in the living room and bedroom. Fridgerator and stove to cook and water and cooking utensils and plates and silverware. Access to the community pool and gym 100 peso’s for adults 50 kids. Gated community 8 minutes drive from Alona beach panglao resort area. Also only 5 minutes drive from the new airport.

Unused bedrooms may remain locked. Groups of 8 or fewer may request the Master Room with queen bed for ₱500/night to cover operational cost.
