You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Two floor apartment Nieuw Vennep

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like stairs. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

This nicely decorated appartment is situated in the souterain of my house. The location is perfect, only a 2 minute walk from the boulevard dunes sea and beachclubs. Everything you need you will find in the appartment. It also has a nice terrace for having a drink in the sun especially at the end of the day. Because it is situated under my house it might be possible that sometimes you hear some noises from me, your neighbour from upstairs;) You are very welcome !!

De keuken is volledig ingericht. Met een tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer en aangrenzende ruime luxe badkamer is dit appartement de ideale getaway voor stellen die er even tussenuit willen.

Das Strandhuys befindet sich zwischen Noordwijkerhout, den Blumenfeldern und den endlosen Stränden der Nordseeküste. Es steht auf einem größeren Bungalowpark im hinteren, sehr ruhigen Teil und verfügt u.a. über eine moderne Küche, drei Schlafzimmer, Fußbodenheizung im Erdgeschoss und einen eingezäunten Garten. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Energiekosten sind inklusive. Beim Einchecken muss bitte eine Touristengebühr von 2,50€/Gast/Nacht entrichtet werden.

A wonderful holiday for everyone. That is possible in this comfortable, homely, warm and cosy holiday home with a lovely garden. It is beautifully situated: on a quiet, spacious park (Sollasi), 2 km from the beach, near a recreational lake and close to cosy villages and cities (such as Noordwijk, Zandvoort, Leiden, Haarlem, Amsterdam and The Hague). So plenty to do but also lovely to "come home" to after a day at the beach or an outing.
