If want to walk, swim, sightsee, chill, cycle, eat out or shop we have have everything in strolling distance. You will have full cooking facilities, dishwasher and a washer dryer. Applebeck Guest Suite Annexe

We love living here and we're sure you will love staying in our comfortable guest suite with private entrance. Just a short walk from lake Windermere and the centre of Bowness with all its shops, cafes and restaurants. Your suite is separate from the rest of the house and offers a delightful bedroom with comfy king size bed, French doors leading out to a small raised patio and a private, modern bathroom. Please note there is no kitchen, but we do provide a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge.

Lake View Lodge

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

The apartment is a recent creation in a building occupied by a weaving business at the turn of the last century run by a lady designer named Annie Garnet. We have plenty of bars and restaurants on our door step and the Beatrix Potter Attraction is around 2 minutes walk. We have parking for one car so you can park up and access all that Bowness has to offer. There are many walks that can be accessed straight from the property. The open top tour bus runs from the bottom of the road. We welcome families and are always on hand to share information.
