'Seaforth' has a spectacular setting facing South; overlooking the Minch and in the distance The Shiant Isles, Isle of Skye, and Wester Ross on the mainland can be seen. The ferry ‘Loch Seaforth’ can be seen approaching and leaving Stornoway. In front of the house is a mile long beach looking South, and it is 10 minutes walk to another mile long sandy beach with lovely views to the North. It also has a bbq area with seating and fire pit for chilled out evenings. The pod is at the end of a quiet village.

Fisherman's Cottage

Welcome to fisherman's cottage: a calm space great for families or couples. A former cow byre built in 1850, the cottage is tucked down a lane out of the worst of the winter storms. So whilst the cottage doesn’t have sea views, it overlooks our little woodland nature garden. Just five minutes from Stornaway ferry terminal and bus station, and under ten minutes by car from the airport, this cosy cottage is a great base from which to explore the Isles of Lewis and Harris.
