At the side of the house you arrive at the entrance of the Bed and Breakfast. You enter the hall where you can hang up coats. Beside this is the fridge. Go straight to enter the two-person bedroom. On the left is the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. On the right is the pantry/ kitchenette where you can make coffee and tea. A sliding door opens onto your terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or the evening, enjoying the evening sun in nice weather. From the hall turn right. This takes you into the family room where breakfast is served in the morning at the dining table. This room has a one-person bed which can be extended into a two-person bed. Situated 3.5km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, however 2 to 4 is more comfortable with the space available. You have access to your private Jacuzzi and our heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) There are many mountain-bike and hiking trails in the area and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB to try these out. A quiet, stylish studio located in Utrecht with a free parking place. The studio is built above a recently renovated old barn and is located in the garden of a monumental city farm. The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

Our rebuild shed is a wonderful place to relax, partly due to alpacas Guus, Joop, Ted, Freek, Bloem and Saar and mini donkeys Bram and Smoky who will greet you on arrival. With Rotterdam and Gouda just around the corner, our casa is a wonderful base for a fun day out! Our casa has a living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and a sleeping loft. Please note there is no extensive cooking facilities.
