Dit ruime buitenhuis met eigen ingang is achter ons huis gelegen (aan de andere kant van onze rijke tuin). ♡ Woonkamer met gashaard, bioscoop, keuken met koelkast/ combi-oven/ waterkoker/ kookplaat, badkamer met o.a. regendouche, een vide met tweepersoonsbed ♡ Ruim terras met parasol, tuinmeubelen en een barbecue ♡ Sauna en hottub tegen bijbetaling (€45) ♡ 15 minuten lopen naar Haagse Markt (restaurants en winkels) 10 autominuten/ 15 minuten fietsen naar het centrum van Breda.

De Rozenboog

Vlakbij het bruisende Breda en toch midden in de natuur ligt deze unieke accommodatie. Er is een aparte ingang met een grote privétuin voor u als gast met een sfeervolle overdekte buitenkamer. U komt binnen in een hal waar u een aparte keuken met alle benodigdheden aantreft en een plek waar u kunt eten. In de slaapkamer bevindt zich een tweepersoonsbed, tv, WiFi en een aparte zithoek. De badkamer heeft een douche. Er zijn 2 fietsen voor u. Ontbijt kunnen wij in overleg voor € 10 pp serveren.

Het huis heeft vanaf de straat een eigen toegang. Is ingericht voor maximaal twee personen. Zeer rustig gelegen in grote tuin van rijksmonument in centrum Breda. Begane grond 35 m2, verdieping met inpandig balkon 25 m2. Complete keuken en badkamer, zeer snelle wifi, moderne smart TV, alle winkels vlakbij en binnen 8 minuten ben je op de grote markt van Breda. Makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer vanaf station. Parkeren auto is mogelijk op 3 minuten loopafstand voor 4 euro per dag.

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

It's a beautiful, pretty quiet neighborhood close to the Central Station, downtown and the Jaarbeurs. The space contains a private bathroom/kitchen unit with lots of sunlight and access to the roof terrace. Furthermore, a large room of approximately 20 m2 with a double bed, wardrobe, table and lazy chair.
