Appartement privé très lumineux, de 60 m2.Vous aurez accès à 2 pièces : une chambre-salon avec lit double , une grande cuisine, ainsi qu'une salle de bains avec douche à l’italienne. Situé au troisième étage, la chambre donnant sur la rue, dans l'agréable et vivant quartier de St Gilles. Le parc, des cafés sympas sont à 2 min ainsi que le station de métro ALBERT. Bright, sunny, quiet top floor apartment in Uccle

Uccle is a residential area, surrounded by parks. My apartment is conveniently located (2 minutes walking distance to the trams, close to the city center, and 5 mns from the Brussels Gare du Midi (main train station). It is a totally renovated and modern apartment on the top floor of a quiet building, and its very private balcony gives onto tree tops, offering a nice open view. It is a very peaceful place but at the same time very close to commercial streets with shops and restaurants.

Is well located near public transport with flexibility: bus, tram, metro or on foot to go to town, 3-5 min from City 2 Shopping and 10-12 min from Grande Place, next to Tour-Taxi and Gare Brussels-North, in front of the house there is a mini park (La Ferme Maximilien) which is perfect for little ones. Playground with a fire truck (Plaine de jeux Harmonie) is approximately 200 m away. Sainte Catherine Square is approximately 1 km away.
