Walls covered with pink Zsolnay tiles, windows decorated with colorful glass, this building was carefully designed by Fodor Gyula in 1911. During the renovation of the apartment we carefully kept the building's spirit in mind and tried to stay true to it. We wanted something colorful, inviting and detail oriented. This is a perfectly located 50 sqm apartment with 2 separated double-bed rooms and a breathtaking terrace, exceptional views to the Parliament and River Danube. It is located in the historical 1'st district just a few steps from the Fishermen's Bastion and Matthias Church. Bus 16 stops at the entrance of the house, M2 subway, shops ,banks, foodstores, churches, restaurants are in walking distance. The apartment is good for couples, business people and also for families with two children.

Central location: right at the Chain Bridge, below the Castle. The 150 years old, listed house was designed by the same architect as the Parliament, has an old beauty while the apartment is characterful and feels home instantly. The flat looks onto the inner courtyard of the house. We try to offer competitive prices, as our place is far from perfect, but (hopefully) still applies to quite a few people. Please do not book if you are not sure about the place and only like our prices!!!

Zsíroshegyi Vendégház II- New luxurious wooden cottage in a huge private garden, perfect for relaxation! On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, dining table and a sofa which opens into a double bed. The bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and a washing machine. The bedroom with a double bed is on the first floor. There is a (gas) fireplace, an air-conditioning and floor heating in the house. Tourist tax: 300 HUF/day/person (must be payed upon arrival)
