Our accommodation is busy with cyclists, walkers and music and media workers. Head into the Elan Valley and surrounding area directly from our location. It hosts people from the music industry who have come here to write/record . We are very isolated , so perfect if you want to get away from everything. You can relax/create or go explore. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

Duck Cottage is a cosy house sat on the Brecon – Monmouth Canal. The property is shared with the duck squatters who frequent the garden. The property is perfectly positioned within Brecon town and all bedrooms have a canal view. Ideally situated with several local pubs, restaurants and supermarkets nearby (all within walking distance) while also centrally located for outdoor activities nearby on the canal and within the Brecon Beacons Park. Our eco house is a relaxed and comfortable place to stay in the beautiful & unspoilt Welsh Borders. We have a large garden growing most of our fruit & vegetables, our own chickens and provide free cider while stocks last. Please understand that we are a traditional bed and breakfast establishment. I know that the listing states that a whole flat or house is available, it is not. Unfortunately AirB&B insist that we put this otherwise it on will only list one bedroom.
