This unique pet friendly property is absolute oceanfront. It has the main residence and two private fully self contained apartments. Our friendly managers Jan and Steve and their little dog Charlie live on site. This comfortable apartment on ground floor has great ocean views from the bedroom. Pets are very welcome we just ask that they are not left unattended. We offer doggie sitting at very reasonable rates. All of the shared outdoor areas including the firepit, overlook the ocean.

Positioned at the back of the unit complex of 4 units on the North Eastern side backing onto a residential house and another unit block of 4 you are walking distance to a major shopping center being Hinkler Central.

Private and spacious room offers a queen bed, kitchenette and sofa with an accessible bathroom. Outside the patio overlooks bush land and Burnett River with seating and bbq. 10 minutes to shopping centre and restaurants, 15 minutes to Bundaberg CBD. Please note there is NO Wi-Fi, but we have Telstra and Optus reception and you can hotspot to the TV for streaming services. We do not allow dogs onsite, this is for their own safety as our property is not fully fenced.

It is not attached to the main house, but still close enough to the house we live in. I can provide a travel cot for an infant if required. The studio set back from the road. The rear garden offers a shady area to relax. There is off road parking Only 15 minutes drive to a number of beautiful safe beaches and parks.
