The accommodation will be prepared for the number of people who are registered and must notify in advance if they need to use the sofa bed if there is one, plus an extra cost. The modern bathroom is equipped with spacious shower and offer everything you need to start the day with energy. Welcome to CH Apartments Sevilla! We are in a historical building from 1850 located in the heart of Seville. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace. On this terrace open from 5th April to 2nd we have a jucuzzi-pool, a solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Además muchas cofradías pasan por la calle Cuna y se pueden ver lateralmente desde el balcón o bien desde la terraza de tercera planta Wifi 100Mb Acoge hasta 4 personas en 1 dormitorio con cama doble y sofá cama en el salón El apartamento se encuentra en pleno centro histórico y tiene internet por fibra de 100Mb. Cuenta con un salón, un dormitorio, cuarto de baño con ducha y cocina separada. Te invitamos a utilizar la terraza del edificio en la tercera planta. Está ubicado en la primera planta (baja +1), las escaleras son estrechas y no cuenta con ascensor, si tienes problemas de movilidad podemos recomendarte otro de nuestros apartamentos. Si sois más de dos personas notaréis que el sofá cama es muy fácil de usar. El apartamento cuenta con AC en el salón y en el dormitorio, el AC del dormitorio tiene un sistema de drenaje que se activa periódicamente si el aire se pone a menos de 24-25 grados, la mayoría de los huéspedes no lo notan, pero si tienes el sueño muy ligero puedes activar el modo eco o utilizar tapones, o solo activar el AC del salón que enfría toda la vivienda.
