This cosy 52 m² accommodation features a main bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bright living-dining room with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and the room is fully equipped to make you feel at home. The open-plan kitchen is practical and functional, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils for short or long stays. Additionally, it offers wifi, air conditioning and heating via heat pump throughout the accommodation, washing machine, lift, covered parking space in the same building and a communal swimming pool. The true protagonist is its balcony with sea views, ideal for breakfast with the sea breeze, reading at sunset or sharing a quiet dinner as a couple while the sound of the sea accompanies the moment.
