Acogedor apartamento situado a 3 minutos a pie del parque tecnológico andaluz(PTA)a 5 de teatinos y 10 de málaga. En una zona tranquila con aparcamiento en la puerta (no privado). Fácil y rápida salida a la autovía. Dispone de aire acondicionado, cocina completa, dos camas(una individual y otra de matrimonio), 1 habitación, baño y salón,todo privado. A parte, compartido con mi pareja y conmigo, cuenta varias terrazas, amplias zonas exteriores, jardín y piscina exterior a partir del 15 de junio

Sunny, with easy access and quiet area, fireplace, parking, games room, mini pool, gym, Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, located 15 minutes from the center of Malaga, beaches and airport, direct entrance to the Technology Park. Ideal for couples, families or workers, but not for party or farewells, there is a limitation due to noise. Their spaces are private. We speak Spanish/Inglish :-))
