Fantástico piso de 2 habitaciones en edificio Torre Doy, con maravillosas vistas de la bahía y 150 M de la tranquila playa de Canyamel. Dispone de un salón comedor, cocina integrada, baño con ducha. Salón con amplio sofá cama, y una terraza exterior con vistas a la playa. Aparcamiento privado.Servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto disponible bajo petición. IMPORTANTE: se está construyendo un edificio en el terreno enfrente de la propiedad, con horario de lunes a viernes, de 7:30 am a 05.00 pm y sábados de 7.30 am a 02.00 pm. Podría haber más ruido de lo habitual, disculpen las molestias ocasionadas. Por este motivo se ofrecen tarifas especiales temporalmente. Estupendo apartamento, limpio, cómodo y muy bien ubicado a 5 min a pie de la playa, supermercado, restaurantes. Gran salón luminoso y dormitorio doble, cocina equipada (lavavajillas, lavadora, Nespresso etc.), baño completo. Con aire acondicionado y calefacción. WIFI: 800 MB de fibra óptica de alta velocidad. Balcón privado. EL ALOJAMIENTO: El alojamiento dispone de dos habitaciones, una principal con dos camas independientes de 90x190 cm y otra con una cama nido de 80x190 cm. En el salón se dispone de un sofá cama muy amplio de 160x195cm con colchón viscoelástico, donde pueden dormir dos adultos cómodamente. En total, pueden dormir 6 huéspedes. Cocina equipada con menaje completo, vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, cafetera Nespresso y microondas con grill. En el baño hay una lavadora con capacidad de hasta 8 Kg de carga. SMART TV. La terraza se separa de la del piso de al lado (características similares) con una puerta que normalmente está cerrada. Abriendo esta puerta, se podrían comunicar ambos pisos por el exterior. Esto permitiría poder alquilar los dos pisos áticos, permitiendo así conseguir un alojamiento hasta 12 personas en total. There are paved terraces all around the house with and with out shade, with 5 double doors for easy access. There is a barbeque and a stone oven for a suckling pig, pizzas, and baking. The owners offer fresh eggs. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, the open kitchen, the dinning room, the sitting room and the separate washroom. Sweeping up the curved staircase you reach a reception area leading to the bedrooms. To the left there is a a doubleroom en suite, and two bedrooms with one more bathroom, to the right. The property has magnificent views accross the rolling landscape of island Mallorca. The house from 2014 will have a pool of 4.5 x 10 meters long, with area to sit and relax, extend the terraces, with more than 40 meters, will construct a new outdoor shower.
