The Villa is located in Spoltore (Pe), 6 km from the center of Pescara and the sea, about 10 minutes by car. The house is divided into two apartments of about 350 sqm each, rent the apartment located on the ground floor and first floor, while the upper apartment is owned. The house consists of large entrance hall, study / reception, 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, living room and kitchen. The garden is well-equipped with a beautiful swimming pool 12mt x 6 mt.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
