A beautifully converted Barn set in the boundaries of a 300 year old grade II listed farm house in the peaceful rural village of Old South Hykeham. With a wood burner in the open plan lower floor and a mezzanine level overlooking the lounge. There is a well equipped kitchen. The old apple loft serves as the master bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, ensuite toilet and basin, as well as a roll top bath. The bedroom downstairs is a twin room with two single beds and large wet room.

Welcome to Cherry Oak, a lovely two bedroom barn conversion, conveniently situated within the Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire countryside. Via a picture window to the rear, you look out onto stunningly picturesque countryside as far as the eye can see, including an impressive view of the 'On Freedom's Wings' sculpture, and towards the front, the outlook is over our cottage-style garden with fruit trees and a generous lawn area. Rural annex. Great links. Fast WiFi. Run by a farming family, our spacious and peaceful smallholding is a warm, relaxed place to switch off and unwind. Ideally located just off the A17, we’re the closest accommodation to Newark Showground the Air Museum and Stapleford Woods—perfect for fun-filled days out, with a cosy base to come back to and rest. Please note: we are currently renovating, so the exterior is a little rough around the edges, but it won’t affect your stay.
