This modern villa offers breathtaking ocean views from every room and is surrounded by nature, providing a serene escape with picturesque valley and ocean vistas. Our villa sits on a private 4300m² plot, accessible via a charming sand road. It is within walking distance of the beach and offers a scenic route to the enchanting village of Ericeira, renowned for its vibrant surf culture and some of the best waves in Europe.

Brand new costal design apartment only 10 min walk from Sao Juliao beach. Two rooms with double beds and two bathroom. Nice open living room / kitchen area. One large terrasse and two balconies facing both north and south, giving the possibility to have breakfast in the morning sun and dinner in evening sun. The apartment is fully equipped including high speed internet. There is parking right outside the house and also a closed parking underground.
