Beds have locally made high-quality down duvets with allergy protectors on mattresses and pillows and quality soft microfiber sheets. Extra-long couch in living room sleeps a fifth guest. One bedroom has a long couch for an extra guest in-room. Pack-n-play crib for infants/toddlers. Amazing modern, wood and stainless sun-drenched kitchen has Jenn-Aire gas stove, farm sink, stainless built-in fridge and huge oak island. My wife is an amazing French trained cook, so the kitchen is well stocked. Living room has 50" 4K TV with all streaming services and a gas fireplace. Forced-air central heat and AC keeps things just the right temp. Washer/dryer in unit. Coded locks make entry a breeze. Wifi is blazing fast. Great relocation option, business or corporate stays, events or sightseeing, visiting relatives, or checking out the music or sports scene. Light rail goes directly downtown (4 min), stadiums (12 minutes) and the University of Washington (3 min). We know you'll love it here. It has a charming private feel yet access to everything. Private front porch or side patio French door entrances via keyless code. (Just a few steps up for those concerned about stairs). Amazing gourmet kitchen, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and Asko washer/dryer. Dining room has a table and chairs that can be moved out of the double doors onto a private patio for al fresco dining on gorgeous days. Each bedroom has a private bath. A guest on the living room couch will need access to a bedroom bathroom. Parking available for a car in our driveway or at a pay lot very close by if you vehicle is too large or you have more than two. If you want privacy to focus on business, you won't even know I am nearby. However I am always up for a chat, glass of wine, tasty beer or Seattle's famous coffee if you like to meet the locals. Capitol Hill station is four blocks away, ride share arrives in minutes at any hour, great nightlife, the best coffee shops in Seattle and all day and late night food & drink. It is all right outside the front door! Walk! The walk score here is near perfect at 98! Light Rail to Airport, Stadiums, Downtown malls and Public Market (Westlake and Pacific Place), Convention Center, Light Rail to the Airport (40 min), Stadiums (12 min), Downtown shopping (5 min) or University of Washington (3 min). Street Car to Pioneer Square, hospitals, or stadiums. Uber: Car Share everywhere. Car2go, ReachNow, ZipCar, Lyft and Uber always nearby in minutes and $5-10 to downtown. My wife and I have a small non-allergenic terrier rescue that we love, but... guests animals are discouraged because of the central location next to busy roads, hardwood floors and allergies of other guests. Three cruiser bikes are provided and you can walk or ride to any of the westside Bend hotspots easily. The Old Mill, Les Schwab Amphitheater, Downtown Bend, you name it! This home earns an 86 walkscore for good reason! You are so close to all the fun on Galveston Ave...10 Barrel Brewing, The Victorian Cafe, Hutch's Bikes, the Food Cart Lot. And a few blocks in the other direction are all of the Newport Ave cafes, restaurants and groceries. And just a 10 minute stroll across the old pedestrian bridge over Mirror Pond is downtown Bend! Explore Capitol Hill from a Roomy Apartment

This en-suite is located on the lower level of a newly renovated Victorian home, with a private side entrance and easy key less system. Natural light brightens this space, which includes full kitchen and laundry. Recently updated colors and new furnishings, including two very comfortable queen beds and a kitchen table with four chairs. The location is outstanding; close to tasty eateries and fun night life but a few streets away from the noise and parking challenges sometimes associated with Capitol Hill. 850sq ft space with radiant heat and full bathroom, which includes a bath tub and shower. Guests have a private side entrance with key less system, private full bathroom, private en-suite kitchen, and private laundry. Great for rental cars: unlike a lot of Seattle and especially Capitol Hill, the street has ample parking that is free and without permit required. Separate thermostat for climate control. I travel quite a deal but also work from home and make time for guests if they would like more interaction. I am relaxed about this but do enjoy meeting new people. There is a key less entry system that makes it easy to coordinate arrival and departure. I love Seattle and am enthusiastic about offering suggestions for local eateries and experiences to enjoy. The house is on a tree-lined street in the prominent Capitol Hill neighborhood. Volunteer and Interlaken parks are merely blocks away. Feeling peckish? There are many options for great food and drink within a 15-minute walk. Bus drivers are friendly and the #10 & #12 buses depart 1 & 3 blocks away, respectively, for prominent points, like Pike/Pine Corridor (6 minute bus ride) or Pike Place Market (20 minute bus ride). Finally, the #43 also leaves nearby and is a ten minute bus to the University of Washington campus. UberX is alive and well on Capitol Hill, with an average fare to Broadway or Pike/Pine about $5 and $10 to downtown. Of course there are regular cabs, bike-share and driving options. If you will have a car the street in front of the house plenty of parking. I'm happy to offer more clarity if you have questions - please ask prior to booking. In addition to the two queen beds, if you may need more room, there are two additional bedrooms in the main/shared part of the house with a separate Air bnb listing. I can usually make most things work - let me know your needs and I will try to accommodate you.
