The orientation is east and is located in the quiet part of town, surrounded by residential buildings. From the center it is 10-15 minutes walk away, a pleasant walk along the road, or a 5 minute car ride. City beaches are 10 minutes away on foot, or 4-5 minutes by car (Bacvice, Firule, Žnjan). Public parking near the apartments is free of charge. The city bus station is 100m away. In the neighborhood there are ATMs, bakers, shops, laundry facilities, pizzeria, café with terrace. Apartment has it's own acces, and a paved yard in a front. I live nearby, so I'm availible when needed. The apartment is on the ground floor of a residential building. The city center it is a 20-minute walk away or 5 minutes by car. Walk to city beaches in a few minutes. Free public parking is available nearby. Apartman Place nalazi se u centru Splita. Udaljen je 5 minuta hoda od UNESCO-m zaštićene Dioklecijanove palače, 10 min hoda od plaže Bačvice. Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

Apartment on the second floor of a newly renovated 600 year old house. It is located 200 meters from the Golden gate (main entrance of the ancient Roman palace). You can take a 15 minute walk to the nearest beache or you could also take a bus. The famouse park-forest Marjan is also near by. There is more than enough restaurants and bars not even a minute or two away! If you are looking for good time, or some peace and quiet, here You will definitely find both!
