Welcome to Tipsy Palm Villa, a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1200 sq. ft. bungalow on Ten Bay residential road, near the Caribbean-facing side of Eleuthera. It is a 2 minute walk to Ten Bay Beach, across a road and down a beach path. Tipsy Palm is a 30 min. drive from GHB or RSD airports. From ELH airport, it is a 1 hour 20 min. drive. Newly installed generator. Please note the house is uses cistern (rain) water. We kindly ask that guests please conserve water.

Ting'um, sits in private grounds surrounded by trees with a view of Carey's Pond and visiting water birds. This cozy cottage has Queen size bed and an open floor plan, with a small, but fully functioning kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge area with TV and a couch.
