An excellent placement, one minute walking from the museum Picasso, next to all the bars, restaurants and shops as well as 10 minutes walking from the beach. Everything that you will need will be beside you, therefore a wonderful stay in Malaga will be guaranteed. We are the owners of a wine bar and restaurant Los patios de Beatas, beside the buildings of the apartments, there we will help you.

The Kiss is a newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment just on the edge of the old town in an authentic neighborhood at the feet of the Gibralfaro. It is 2 min walking distance to the Plaza de la Merced (Picasso's birthplace) full with bars and restaurants with lovely terraces. The city beach (Malagueta) is an easy 10-15 min stroll away. The little terrace will seduce to morning breakfasts in the sun and some white wine in the evenings inhaling the summer breeze with a peek at the Gibralfaro...

On the edge of the historic center on the 5 floor (no lift) you will be able to see Malaga from different point of view from your private terrace which extend the living room. This beautiful apartment has been totally renovated with quality material. No ikea furniture here but more of a personnal touch make it special. We are on a bank of a river that is called in Malaga "The rio seco" because its no running water. All you need is at a walking distance, the beach is at 15-20 minuts walk.

From where we enjoy some of the best views of the city & Cathedral amongst several other churches and landmarks. The rooftop allows for sun all day, there are also plenty of terrace space in shade. From the penthouse we are a short 5 minute walk to the busling city center. Welcome!
